Default Another mysterious song sung in Czech

This Czech version is from 1971. Do any of you know who originally sang this song in English?
The session log listed Webb as the author of the music. Would Jimmy Webb? But of course it doesn't have to be right.
The session log also mentions the possibly garbled English title "Time To Love Together". But maybe those words are in the lyrics of the song.
If Jimmy Webb was the author, the original performer would most likely be an American performer.
Or does the musical style rather indicate that it is European pop?
The link to the music sample is in the attachment.

Jimmy Webb wrote a lot for Glen Campbell (Wichita Lineman, Galveston) but his most famous song is probably MacArthur Park which was a big hit for Richard Harris of all people in 1968. Webb also wrote songs for the Fifth Dimension (Up, Up, and Away, Carpet Man, etc).

I got a tip that it might originally be a Cliff Richard's song.
I can imagine Cliff Richard singing it in English. But which of his songs could it be? I haven't found it yet.

Sorry, but I don't understand your question.
I just have another music problem and I'm posting it on this music forum as another item.
My previous music problem was solved, I wrote about it in the previous item.

I guess you have to go through Cliff Richard's catalog up until 1971. I only know of a few of his big hits in England up to that point. Of curse, he is British so maybe European pop?

It seems strange (bizarre) to me that no one today remembers a song originally sung in English,
which reached (then) socialist Central Europe and has a Czech version.

Every since they broke off from Slovakia and disappeared into the mists, everything about them is mysterious.

Does anyone know the price of a home in the CR? Cost of smokes? What's the national attire? Enigma.

They should never have split cause Czechoslavakia is an S-tier name.
