Can someone know the song. It's from a youtube video called : "STRIP TEASE - Les cheveux en quatre". I m not allowed to post any link.

The song is at 0:05 to 0:23.

Strip-Tease was a funny and wacky fly-on-the-wall Belgian/French documentary series. I specifically remember one episode had a crazy inventor who was building a helicopter in his back garden. I don't think we ever got to see if he managed to get it off the ground by the end of the show.
