Been looking for a HIP-HOP/R'n'B song since 2011

So there is an hip-hop/r'n'b song I have been looking for a long time, I believe it is probably from between the years 2000 - 2010, but possible even the 1990's, but definitely before 2010.

I don’t know the name of the artist or the song, and I have no recording of it, only by memory do I remember the melody of the refrain, and what I 'think' the words 'may' be. I know the song is song by at least one, but also possibly 2 dudes, or possibly even an ensemble of more dudes that sound just like one or two dudes in unison.

I believe it was popular where I live in the mid late 2000s (most likely 2006 - 2009), it might not have been popular in the USA or even made by a USA artist/s. I am 99.99% certain the song is sung in English.

I have been looking through known hip-hop/r'n'b artists and songs through that time, and I have found som examples where the singers voice sounds most like what I remember from the song, as well as melodies that most resemble the song, but it isn't quite exactly the right song. None of the many songs and artists I have gone through has been the right song, but there are some that came really close.

The song I have found that resembles what I am looking for the most is "Let Me Love You" by "Mario" from 2004. The melody of the main-chorus to that song is very close to what I have been looking for. The accompanying lyrics in the second half of the main-chorus in Mario's song as well are from what I remember almost the exact words for the lyrics in the second half of the main-chorus for the song I am looking for as well, in which potentially the first half of the main-chorus being the same as well but I am not equally as sure about that.

What differs the song I want from Mario's is the singing and instrumental accompaniment in the chorus is in a bit higher tempo then Mario's song. The pitch the singers sing in is also higher then Mario.

The most notable difference between the songs however is while Mario's song slows down a little bit near the end of the chorus, and then enders a second part of the chorus where he is in a lower pitch repeating "Love You" at a slower tempo a few times before the chorus ends.

The song I am looking for however does the opposite of this, in the second half of the main chorus the tempo of the music and singing goes up even slightly faster, and the singers pitch goes even higher. This is the part that is most memorable for me about the song, I can’t remember to make out what the words are the singers sung, but I know exactly how it sounded like. The words of their singing sounded like a constant repeat of a smooth transition of short words starting with "G"s and "H"s, it sounded like "Got no hue-hey, got no hue-hey, got-got no".

To try and explain how the singers with the light pitch sounded like, for reference of hip-hop/r'n'b singers that are known from that time the ones whose voices resemble the ones singing the most that I managed to find are "Ne-Yo", and "Usher". I think Ne-Yo's voice is the one that consistently resembles the singing the most with his high pitches and smoothness in the voice, especially near the refrains of many of his known songs. Usher seems to me to have a more diverse sets of singing between the different songs he has made, but in his songs where he sings in a higher pitch and a smoother voice he also comes really close just like Ne-Yo to sound like the singing from the song I am looking for. I have no idea if either Usher or Ne-Yo are singing in the song I am looking for.
