never heard of this but im very sad to learn of it now. i had family experience katrina in the southern united states of america and it was very devastating. lil wayne has raped about it in his songs many times. look it up if you dont know. i believe the same can be said similiar in indonesia dn japan several yrs ago. very sad. praying for all involved
