Lady Gaga - Perfect Illusion (2016)
 

So the lead single off of her upcoming album has just dropped, and imo, it's not that impressive. For a lead single, the song never really goes anywhere nor does it give off the vibe of a comeback single, which is what she needs after three years of fading stardom. And I don't know if it's just me, but everything in the mix sounds so loud that it all jumbles together.

What do you think?

Nothing Lady Gag-Gag does is anything impressive.

I thought the single as a lead was okay. There is certainly better songs on the album it is on that overshadow it completely.

Underwhelming, (this is coming from someone who enjoys some of her music) Her first album was enjoyable for me, nothing too special yet still fun to sing along to, However I found her latest album fine, just fine.
the song "A-YO" was just a forgettable pop song with a country like instrumental. Wish I could go into more detail about “A-YO” Buts that’s essentially what it is.

Songs like "Joanne" and "Hey Girl" are lyrical let down, Gaga's voice is what drives this album, which for some people is enough and that's fine. It's not my cup of tea. I did enjoy the last 30 seconds of “Hey Girl” where the instrumentals started to build up and get progressively more interesting, however that isn't found anywhere else in the album which is disappointing.
The most pleasurable songs to listen to would have to be “Just Another Day” “Dancin’ in circles” “Diamond Heart”, These songs are most definitely the one that were worked on the most. In terms of production.
“Angel down” and “Come To Mama” “Grigo Girls” felt like filler to me, not much to say about those.
Overall this album will be liked and listened by her fans, I don’t see anyone saying this is gagas best work anytime. At times I started to get impatient waiting for the song to end and hope that the next song would be better...That should say enough.

Extra; The cure - Lady Gaga's 2017 single "The Cure" Was...to put it lightly an unbearable piece of garbage. Am I being unreasonable? Give it a listen your self. By far her worst song to date.
