Madonna is one of the worst musicians of our geographical era, man. Easily below Gaga.
I highly disagree
She is an awesome performer that has been able to stay somewhat relevant through the two decades. When Gaga is still relevant in 2030 then she can talk.
I'm glad to hear that the album is going to be diverse and not all sound like born this way. I will still give it a chance like I said was going to.

In Gaga's own words, the album is much more vocally up to par with what I’ve always been capable of. It’s more electronic, but I have married a very theatrical vocal to it. It’s like a giant musical-opus theater piece.

B) utilize occasional operatic vocals(cause she hasn't already)
Reading further down this she not only calls herself a "super-human" for creating this work which pieces of seem to be created by God himself ("That chorus came to me, like, I swear, I didn't even write it. I think God dropped it in my lap."), but also claims it will be the "album of the decade".
Christ almighty, talk about delusions of grandeur... I honestly think she might be digging her own grave hyping this album so much.

This is the sort of musical write-up that drives me nuts. Whoever wrote this must have balls the size of ****ing Jupiter because he chides the supposed "pandering to the gays" but with lines like "as deep as Henry Kissenger's conscious" its obvious he's wildly pandering to the Klosterman crowd; that elite set of pseudo-intellectual ****-bags that ever teen in the music community aspires to be, does become, and self-perpetuates with the substance of a marshmallow.
He's accurate when he says "Born this way sucks" and I'll agree that Madonnas version sounds much better, and somehow more current, but his stance on the subject, or more specifically how he posits it, is just the short of catty-bitch journalism that gave birth to the hipster movement.
If he could tell anyone why Firework, We R who we R, and Born this Way were bad, in reference to the respective artists catalogs, I'd give him more credit. But I'd put $50 on him looking at the weather vane, seeing which way the wind was blowing and writing accordingly.

3 days ago, Lady Gaga Tweeted the YouTube video of a 10-year-old singer’s, Maria Aragon (a Canadian Filipino), cover of her new song, “Born This Way.” Now that “Little Monster” is on her way to being a star.
Now this video clip has got almost 10,000,000 views on YouTube. Only 3 days, how crazy is it?
According to E! Canada, Maria has already appeared on HOT 103 radio station in downtown Winnipeg and the host, Ace Burpee, was so impressed he’s hoping she’ll be able to appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
It all started with Lady Gaga posted Maria’s YouTube video of her cover on her Twitter.
“Can’t stop crying watching this,” Lady Gaga Tweeted with the link to the video. “This is why I make music. She is the future.”
Frankly, I would say this little girl is so lucky. Lady gaga tweeted to promote her. Many kids (just in our neighbourhoods) can sing well, but nobody cares.
