Music Go Music

Just a warning - this is my first thread, and I think I've got the right place to put it...but I searched for previous threads of the same topic and, due to their rather unhelpful band name, didn't want to go through about 200 pages :P

As for where to put them musically - I've heard a lot of people refer to their ABBA throwbacks. So I guess they're nothing but pop. They released an album last year called 'Expressions', and here are a couple of tracks:

I'm afraid I'm not very informed on their names and history, since their last.fm 'bio' is a load of promo jargon. But I can assure you they're worth exploring.

[sorry if this isn't how one goes about threadmaking, I'm a newbie...]

Listened to the first video, didn't think it was too bad. Reminds me worlds of Fleetwood Mac for some reason. Certainly though, I have to compliment the production. A lot of subtle shifts in the tone without losing the beat or catchy element.

Kind of dragged on a bit without seemingly going somewhere for me. Then again, that's more my personal preference, and can understand it's not really uncommon for music of this type.

Nice post man. Never heard of these guys but I quite like what I heard. Gonna try to cop an album, what should I start with? Expressions maybe?

Haha - it's their only one thus far. From what I understand through youtube-hopping, they operate under another band name, 'Bodies of Water':

oh and here's a Guardian article about MGM: Music Go Music go crazy for Abba | Music | The Guardian

Ah well, I suppose I guessed right then :D.

They are good, I love their kind of music and songs. I never heard of them though. What country is this in? USA?
