Help me find this FU song....

Hi all,
last summer while listening to a European radio station over the net i heard this song. I dont quite remember if it was sang in english(most likely) or there was some french in it. It was sang by a female, it was somewhat slow, unlike all the other ones out there on youtube. It had celo in it? and the refrain was "Fuc* You". it is a song that i have heard few times over the past 2-3 years. It is not new and i dont think it was performed by any of the mainstream artists....

Lol means laugh out loud and I was laughing because I thought it was the cee lo green song which is a very recognizable song.

You also said it had Cee Lo in it, Im confused? If it is not F ck You what else could it be?
