Default Enrique Iglesias

Ahahaha! This is excellent! There is no thread dedicated to the sexy beast which is Enrique Iglesias! I will dominate this thread! I will dictate what you should know about this adorable Spaniard!

First off, this pop icon really has no male rival in terms of pleasing both the Spanish and English speaking pop/latin music audience. (You might try to suggest Ricky Martin or maybe even Pitbull, but THANKFULLY Enrique is straight and does not use the world 'worldwide' in every song. Plus, he has wonderful hair).

Briefly, I will list the good, bad, and ugly things about Enrique. Then, I'll let you form your own opinions.

THE GOOD
He is incredibly sexy. I seriously question the sexuality of anyone who doesn't think he's sexy. Are you even human? Are you a sexual person? Do you believe in sex? Everyone in the world should be attracted to him.

Pouty face:

Naked face:

In terms of his music, Enrique is the genius of many a culturally relevant tune, with classics such as "Hero" and "Bailamos." In recent times, he's jumped on the dance bandwagon to produce magic called "The Ping Pong song" and "Tonight I'm F**king You." Most recently he teamed up with Sean Paul to give us "Bailando" (damn he likes the word "dance").

Beyond the hype, Enrique is actually a very creative and fun dude. Most of his music videos are fun to watch and well-produced. Not to mention hot. And, notably, his songs that do not become #1 hit singles are often very unique and unusual. Of these, my favorite is "Ring my Bells."

THE BAD
His singing, while generally fine, can be...not fine sometimes. Also, his lyrics are borderline embarrassing for EVERYONE. He should probably only ever sing in Spanish, because in nearly every other case he sounds unnatural.

THE UGLY
Enrique cannot sing live. This is a fact. I have seen him live twice. Neither time would I describe his performance as "singing." It's entertainment, that's for sure, and it's basically music. But singing? Not really.

You may judge. But you are not loved (blindly) by millions of people worldwide. Nor were you the proud owner of an incredible mole which you later removed.

He´s super popular in Mexico, though has to take second place to Ricky Martin, who has been a darling of the entire Latin American continent for decades afaik.

Even I can see that Enrique is handsome though, and his music is a lot more lively than his Dad´s - all he needs is a song that´s as infectious as that Vida Loca one!
