I've always considered Kate Bush to be a bit more than pop, so I'm going with an album I consider to be arch-pop. Pop to the core. Specifically I suppose it's dance-pop. I just realized that mixed genre stuff counts, but since I find it impossible to find out where the line goes, I'll stick to my choice. I know this one is pop for sure. If I broadened it considerably, I'd probably pick something by Kate Bush or Depeche Mode.

For me, Thriller would be the logical choice, but as far as personal tastes I'd go with Teenage Dream, as onebee mentioned.
