Looking for song, pop, female singer, fake vinyl crackle
 

This one's driving me nuts. Looking for a pop song from I think the early 00s, possibly earlier, female singer, peppy, I believe it features piano and some strings. In a similar vein to Vanessa Carltons 1000 miles i think. The thing that really narrows it down though is i am almost positive it has a fake vynil crackle overlay. HELP!
