Me too. But Close to the Edge is more fully realized.

This is the correct answer. Although Fragile and The YEs Album often switch back and forth for me.

I've been rather consistently more fond of The Yes Album myself. Every track is great - no filler. I can't say the same for Fragile, even though they're all thankfully short (Ex. Cans and Brahms, We Have Heaven and Five Per Cent For Nothing).

You know something, I think you are right. From here on out, Fragile comes in 3rd.

On the strength of Roundabout, Heart of the Sunrise, and South Side of the Sky, (not to mention Mood for a Day for us guitar dweebs), Fragile is pretty freaking solid. I guess I'd choose The Yes Album above it too though.

Did ya know that Bachman Turner Overdrive's "Not Fragile" album was based on this?

Bad news for Yes fans. :(
Yes bassist Chris Squire diagnosed with leukemia - Celebrities and Entertainment News

And the type of leukemia he has doesn't sound good. :(

Information on prognosis is limited by the rarity of the condition. Prognosis appears to be no different to AML in general, taking into account other risk factors.[9][10] Acute erythroid leukemia (M6) has a relatively poor prognosis. A 2010 study of 124 patients found a median overall survival of 8 months.[10] A 2009 study on 91 patients found a median overall survival for erythroleukemia patients of 36 weeks, with no statistically significant difference to other AML patients.

It's always been a toss up between Close to the Edge and Fragile. But nothing beats the epic title track "Close to the Edge," so I have to choose that one.

I'm forever torn between "Fragile" and "Close to the Edge" -- the former is the more fun and spontaneous album, but the latter's scope and delivery is breathtaking

So Yes fans, what do you think of Drama as an album?
