Default Dream Theater v Porcupine Tree v Riverside

A three way contest for a change.
Which band do you like best and why?

Why do you want to compare these three bands?

Give reasons why or at least choose yourself or i'll close this.

This comparison seems really strange.

If I have contravened some club regulation, it was not deliberate.

Porcupine Tree is my nr. 3. favorite band (after Pink Floyd and Doors). So that one is easy.
And I really like Riverside. Their two first albums are great.
I don't like Dream Theater. Mostly because I hate LaBrie's vocal.

I chose three Progressive bands, because I like Progressive music and was intersted to know which of my favourites others prefered.

Yes I got that from your first post.
But you've not even explained why you chose those 3 bands or even bothered to give your own opinion to your own thread.

Do not know them at all.
Always read of them everywhere but never listened to them.
Any suggestion what album to listen first? I am not an huge prog fan and do not like suites very much ....
Thx
