Please help me remember the name of a band. I know i loved it and i had the CD in the late late90s early 2000s. I remember that it had strange little voices in it. Along with weird sounds that made my dog bark. I want to say the band name started with P . But not Primus. I must have killed that brain cell with this in it. Im litterally going crazy.. please help

I know what band your talking about man, it was that psychedelic band that's name started with the letter P...but for the life of me I can't remember who they are either though.
