How much Yes and King Crimson have you heard?, if you haven't heard much you should, they are 2 of the most talented bands in prog, they both influenced The Mars Volta quite a lot...Jethro Tull, Genesis, Moody Blues and ELP are also good and worthy of checking out, as well as Gentle Giant, Van Der Graff Generator, Gong, Traffic, Uriah Heep, Hawkwind, Focus, Magma and Camel, though those bands are a lot more obscure...anyway i have a lot of stuff from Yes, King Crimson and other bands...so if you want to hear some good prog, just IM me...and you could also check out progarchives.com, they offer some free MP3s of a lot of unknown prog bands.

Yeah I find that , sometimes when I listen to them I could imagine Thom Yorke singing it. I know Radiohead have covered Can in their live shows but i`ve never heard them perform one.
