3 is ok, if you get rid of the word "addictions" from the image. Almost too cheesy if you ask me.

I like the 4th one, I'd consider the 3rd, but the first two just look tacky. IMO I wouldn't buy either of the first two just by looking at them.

i like the third. the only thing is that the font needs to stand out a little less.
