Default The Heard Magazine - Looking for scout/writer

The Heard is an underground music magazine that's building its network one person at a time. The Heard's movement is focused towards supporting unsigned artists worldwide, and to encouraging the free flow of thought and idea. The Heard magazine consists of various articles submitted to us by our readers, some reviews and interviews, and even contains a compilation CD composed of songs submitted by indie artists worldwide ranging from such genres as punk, metal, hc, ska, and yes, even emo.

We are searching for a sic humored music critic, who isn't afraid to speak his/her mind while still maintaining an honest, fair, and open-minded opinion. The responsibilities involved with this position include scouting for new bands to appear in our publications and writing the respective opinion-oriented articles on the chosen bands. No, we cannot provide pay for this position, although we can assure the envy of all your friends. (Ha!)

So, if you're interested in being a writer/scout for The Heard magazine, shoot us an email to support@theheard.org. You can also check out our website at www.theheard.org.. NOW!
