Cyprus Hill stolen bass line from The Clash?
 
in cyprus hill's new song there beet that they have going in it sounds extreamly similar to the bass line in Gun's in Brixton by the Clash. Stupid thread, but just wanted to know if others saw it too

Never really noticed it. I'm not a huge Cyprus Hill fan but it would be interesting if that were true.

well that was a quick response...

the bass line is not exactly the same but i notice alot of key similaritys, the notes sound relitivly the same but the timing sounds slightly different.

it is.. they probaly asked the clash and if they didnt they should be sewed. cause you cant **** with the clash :ar_15s: ! i love them... and cypress hill ****ed it up. :yikes:
