yea i read in AP magazine that there is a Germs/Darby Crash biopic in the works, i dont know if it's going to be a sundance film or what

Darby Crash was not a very good person. I don't know why anyone would partake in actually filming it let alone watching it.

Darby Crash is one of my idols, i mean just because he did drugs and died at the age of 21 doesnt make him a bad person

just because an artist did drugs and died young dosent mean he/her is a good artist. kurt cobain (sp?) is over ratted and this guy is just a horrable musician. the germs suck too.

I like the germs but I really don't want to watch a movie about Darby.

Yeah, I agree he wasn't a very good person, but he was still interesting.

Drug addicts typically aren't good people.

I like the Germs on record. but ive heard they were a horrible live band. hmm.

anyway, i don't know a whole lot about darby crash so i can't comment on him. i'm not sure if I like the band enough to see this.

well, they were a good live band before Darby (no offence to him at all) like if you listen to their first live show (yes it's actually out there) they werent half bad

Um, i'd rather go to see the Germs live then hear them live, with Darby. If I wanted to listen to the Germs sounding good, i'd buy a CD.

actually Darby wasnt their original singer, it was actuall some guy named Bobby Sinn

i actually want to see the movie though. even if the guy who played tom sawyer is playing as darby.
