Knife fights? Mosh pits? Bottles?
RAD.
Um, highest reccomendation to "London is the Reason". Lovely tracks.

Orchestra of Wolves is a bunch of choice songs and awesome in itself, but Grey Britan is a hardcore punk EPIC.

Sounds more like a dubious honor to me.

Opinion respected, but I LOVE melodic hardcore. Admittedly, a lot of it sounds the same, but I think the Gallow's interpretation of it is ORGASMIIIIC.

I sound like a pretentious chode. I apologize to anybody who reads this.

Listen to Gallows anyway.

I know most people don't GAF about genres but emo=emotional punk.
I think the Gallows are emo.

Gallows are absolutely awesome.. Saw them and nearly had a fit, they were quite amazing at warped tour( Yes I did go just to see them..)

Jealous.
"Grey Britain" vs. "Orchestra of Wolves"?

Well, looks like Wade MacNeil of Alexisonfire is the new frontman for Gallows. Thoughts?

I'm personally very excited for this. I'm totally bummed out about Alexisonfire breaking up and would have preferred if Wade had stayed with them, but him joining Gallows makes it somewhat more forgivable.

I think it will be an interesting change. Not 100% sure I'll love it

Queen Boo 08-10-2011 10:12 AM

I haven't given Alexisonfire a fair shake but what I have heard from them has been underwhelming. Can't really say what I think of the change, just that the breakup disappoints me. :(
Anybody hear anything by Frank's new band yet?

Queen Boo 08-10-2011 10:41 AM

Ugh, my old posts are pure drivel.

Out of curiosity, what have you heard from Alexisonfire?

Queen Boo 08-10-2011 09:05 PM

I listened to a couple of the singles on YouTube a really long time ago. Like I said, definitely not a fair shake.

khfreek 08-10-2011 09:10 PM

I think this project has potential, but it shouldn't be called Gallows. Frank WAS Gallows.

Alfred 09-01-2011 08:48 PM

This is heavy as fuck, totally awesome by North American hardcore standards, and I really dig Wade's vocals... but it isn't Gallows. It lacks the distinct British feel that cannot be replaced by a Canadian frontman.

Queen Boo 10-08-2011 11:59 AM

I can't listen to it right now even though I want to but RIP Gallows and **** Canada with a phallus attached to the belt of a chainsaw.
