Default Where to find the hard to find?

I am looking for peoples suggestions on where to find hard to find mp3's or cds. in particular.
Riverdales-"Ican't pretend" I have it on vinyl but not cd or mp3 format.
Dee Dee Ramone - "bikini bandits" can hear the song on the video on you tube, but can't find it anywhere else.
Dub syndicate - songs from the missing channel. many sights have other releases but almost never this one, unless $149.
go to the usual places, apple, amazon for mp3s, interpunk, newbury comics for cds. any suggestions?

I've found tonnes of stuff just google-ing(Band name, album title on blogspot) trust me you'll smile or pee or clench whichever comes first. Make sure the sight includes blogspot.com, you'll also get alot of european, south american and other national identities hosting stuff in there own languages so learn how to say download in 4000 or more languages,...I'm kidding it's not that bad

Yeah, have you tried blog searching? If I can't find something in a store or as a torrent I usually start searching blogs and often come across downloads of obscurer stuff.

When all else fails ......... try the collectibles shows. They turn up some interesting gems. That is of course suggestive pending what's important to you. This has worked for me as they usually give some details as to what genre of music as well as formats that the vendors will have.

dunno if this helps but i found a ton of rare songs and recordings of jimi hendrix and nirvana on limewire, just put in the band name and look for songs that have rare in brackets, (rare) <-- like that

one of the songs i found even said ****ing rare, so i guess it depends huh

What do you think are the best torrent sites? Ones where you don't need a username to use. I use piratebay, mininova, and a few others... but some stuff are still hard to find. Any suggestions?
