Joe Strummer has my vote but Iggy Pop has to be a close second.

I love Bille Joe Armstrong's voice from Green Day. I really get used to his voice

Strummer gets my vote although there are plenty of great ones on this list.

i did a report about gg allen in my 8th grade social studies class. i got suspended because i presented it to the class and said he was "a hero that isn't respected because uptight yuppies couldnt appreciate the finer points of defecating on stage" haha.
