Yes, pop-punk is the only type of punk that's ever been catchy.

Punk has some of the catchiest melodies to me, even hardcore is always really tuneful as well as dissonant.

That one has an awesome guitar lead, but "Ava House" and "Burn After Writing" are the most catchy to me from that album.

Everything by the Misfits in Danzig era gets stuck in my head. Catchy pop melodies with horror influences sounds so gimmicky, but the Misfits just pull it off.
