Best Punk City (hardcore)

Which city do you feel has had the best punk scene? Personally I have a fetish for the San Francisco/Los Angeles Scene, what with Black Flag, The Germs, The Weirdos, X, The Avengers, Black Randy, The Eyes, etc., with Boston coming in at a close second. What do you folks fancy?
