Boring death metal. If you could understand the absolutely gross morbid lyrics, that'd be another downside.

This is all opinion though, I'm not gonna say that your taste sucks because you like CC.

It's for shock value, I find them funny frequently. If you're offended by them I take it you've never heard Anal Cunt?

What death metal bands DO you like?

I'll answer my own question: Cannibal Corpse, Death, Entombed, Morbid Angel, Napalm Death, Obituary, Tiamat, Carcass, At the Gates, Cradle of Filth, Deicide, Hypocrisy, and In Flames. Yeah, I like death metal

Yes, I've heard of Anal Cunt. The difference is, Anal **** writes hateful lyrics, whereas Cannibal Corpse just makes gross ones.

And I'm not really into death metal at all. I like Opeth, but they hardly count. I've just never had the interest to explore the genre, but I assure you that if I do, I will not be listening to Cannibal Corpse.

I might check out Nile, they seem pretty cool.

Opeth is awesome, they should be on my list. Nile sucks except for one album (In Their Darkened Shrine). Avoid them except for that album

Old Cryptopsy (their newest stuff is really crappy deathcore, they changed their style up after they lost their vocalist)

Well I totally hate death metal.

But I am probably not going to go to Mayhem Festival afterall, BFMV just cancelled four shows, one of them being the date I was going.

But it's alright, cause I just found out this is coming...on the SAME day lol!

How much death metal have you heard exactly?

The bands you listen to won't have longevity, I guarantee they'll be forgotten not long from now. Death metal is long lasting and influential.

Oh and good, did I mention good?

The thing is, I don't care!

I like my list of bands that have totally changed music and will never be forgotten...all I know is that I will continue to listen to the music I like because, well, I like it!

But I just hate death metal. The vocals irritate me and I don't like how it sounds...kill me.
