It would depend on whether you were talking about the music or the lifestyle seeing as theyve become different things.

Or which sub genera horror punk,emo,political,pop punk etc....

Horror Punk - My Fav punk sub genera. I think its about the sheer love of halloween.Like running door to door dressed up as a monster and just playing bout that i think it can be tooken to seriously and people lose the fantasy side of it.
