Florida?
 

Anybody have a punk/hardcore band (or know of any decent ones) in Orlando, or anywhere in the central Florida area? It seems like the only thing around is new-hardcore/screamo/metal/whatever, some of which is okay with me, but it looks like we're lacking any real straight ahead hardcore punk bands. And any of the older bands that are more well known just play at HoB or HardRock for $30+. I've been attempting to get a band together for months now to no avail.

So yeah, what the hell? If there's anybody else in the area with similar sentiments hit me up and let's get this going.

There used to be a forum called Central Florida Hardcore, I know they set up a side board when the original went down.. might still be kicking around if you search for it.
