i have absolutely no idea why im listening to the Adicts. but i am. i think it's the first punk band i really got into. im pretty sure all you punk rock kids listen to the Adicts, so tell me your favorite song from them, and go on with posts about how much they kick ass, and put up a few pictures of them too lol. the way that dude looks is freaking weird-ass and cool at the same time. he can pull off the facepaint 101% better than ICP. right now my favorite song is Johnny was a Soldier. I like the Adicts. They've been doing their thang for so long.
Favorite songs probably- Love sucks, Songs of Praise, Joker in the Pack.

The Addicts are one of the most over rated bands ever in my opinion. There just another average band feeding off of some gimic to get by. Then all these kids go see clockwork orange and think that the "ultraviolence" of rape is funny or cool. I just can not stand the addicts, I cant wait untill this trend of everybody loving them dies out.

I'm confused. Is your beef with the Adicts or Burgess/Kubrick?
I agree that they're your average band with a gimmick. But, I don't know too many people that give them praise, so I'm not sure if I can say they're overrated.

I wouldn't say overrated, just an average band thats maybe slightly more popular than bands in the same sort of genre like The ****ies or The Queers etc who are a better band.
