Personaly He's got to be my favorite front man if not rocker in general. His on stage performances were so crazy. I guess that tends to happen when you're constantly messed up on heroin. I've said it before and I'll say it again he's the godfather of punk.Though I don't really care for any of his work after the idiot. Any comments.

I don`t actually rate the Idiot that highly.

as a whole the idiot is mediocre but it has some good songs.

He is the shining light of my otherwise dark life.

lust for life and instinct in my opinion were the best of his albums. and he was 10 times cooler than that **** david bowie.

Harsh. Personally, I really like the Bowie produced albums, Lust for Life and The Idiot.
And what about the Stooges albums. Amazing.

I should point out here that Iggy is responsable for the worst album in my entire collection...

His first attempt at an album without Bowie. They had a massive arguement & fell out & Bowie had nothing to do with him from then on.

His appearence in Coffee and Ciggeretts where he plays bitch to Tom Waits (scripted, or so it seems) is hysterical.
