Not sure about the three worst, but I think the three most overrated are Jay Z, Lil Wayne, and 50 Cent. They just really don't do it for me.

When listed overrated rappers, I don't understand why Jay-Z is referanced so often, but LL Cool j isn't

His flow is alright but his subject matter is pretty weak/generic.

LL Cool J forever gets a pass on being overrated, because of "Momma Said Knock You Out"

soulja boy
anyone in g-unit
all of the one hit wonders.

Putting eminem in their is ridiculous. I have no doubt that he has falling off in a bigger way than anyone has done before him (and he now raps on the same level as a dry fish). But in his prime he was without a doubt one of the greatest lyricists hip hop has ever seen.

Uh... what part of Relapse wasn't good? In fact in what part of his career was he ever even sub-par? (putting aside his own standards)

Anyway I'd say Insane Clown Posse take up two of the spots on my list. I don't really know who else. I'd hate to be generic and say Kanye West because he isn't all that bad it's just for a while I swear the media was refferring to him as a rapper and I don't think I've ever heard him... you know.. rap.

you honestly think relapse is on the same level as the SSLP and MMLP?? or even infinite or the eminem show?

Anything after the eminem show (excluding 8mile ost) has been garbage.

My evidence:

Everything post Eminem show has done well critically and moderately commercially. Not to mention from listening to them myself I can tell you they're more dope than 90% of anything else.

Your evidence:

?
