Almost definitely papoose. He's gonna blow up. Made 16+ mixtapes, hasn't released an album yet. Every freestyle he makes is unique, he basically never repeats a word or subject. He's already collaborated with so many good/well-known artists (kanye, jay-z, busta, mobb deep, nas, talib to name a few)
