Which one is better?

Tough question. The first one sounds more like signature Doom production-wise but the second one puts his voice way up front where it should be.

Both sound great to me but I'm going with the first one mostly because of the flute melody.

mf grimm believes doom ripped off his style and persona. It may be true to some degree, but neither has shown particular interest in working with each other again.

Mf grimm is an interesting dude but his solo music leaves a little to be desired.

i liked his solo stuff, not his last album tho.

and yeah i know they were beefing but i heard they squashed it again. right after they squashed it the first time i know he had interviews saying they would work together again.

and yeah i think i can see DOOM takin his persona to a degree. He used to be Zev Love X and grimm was always MF Grimm i think

MF Grimm and MF Doom are both very dope lyricist. I would never say that Doom bit MF Grimm's style because they are two totally different styles. Grimm is a paralyzed punchline pariah. Doom is a slow flow architect.
