Geto Boys
This is one of the truly great rap groups from the early 90's. Public Enemy is probably the only other group that comes close from that era & Cypress Hill. We Can't Be Stopped is the only album of theirs I've heard all the way through, but it is great and includes classics like Homie Don't Play Dat, Chucky, My Minds Playing Tricks On Me, and **** A War. They reunited and put out another album a few years back. Scarface, their most talented rapper has been successful as a solo artist, but I haven't heard anything that compares to We Can't Be Stopped.
Here's a vid of their most famous song: YouTube - Geto Boys-My Mind Playing Tricks On Me |

Gangsta of Love was romantic

Willie D.? He's probably my least favorite of the group. Scarface is always on point, and I loved Bushwick Bill in some of the songs, he sounds really pissed off. I guess I would be too, if I was 4 ft. tall, and lost an eye. Willie D. romantic? dude, did you hear I'm not a Gentleman?

The only rap I ever liked was Geto Boys (I don't like it at all anymore), but you just can't go past lines like:
"Opened up my butt cheeks and started lickin' out my a$$hole" |
^that just convinced me to get a geto boys album
|
