Only the first two tracks are worthy of a mention and the album version of 'Regulate' omits the Michael Mcdonald sample. Although this would usually be a good thing, the sample greatly enhanced the track.

I think Anti-Pop Consortium - Arrhythmia is the only hip-hop album where I love every track. Return to the 36 Chambers: The Dirty Version comes close though.

ODB's debut for sure. and all the Wu solo debuts are pretty definitive I think. some personal faves/generally acclaimed:

Is it really possible that this thread has gone 4 pages without anyone mentioning I, Phantom by Mr. Lif? That album is about as close to perfect as you can get and probably my favorite hip-hop album of all time.
