I loved "Paul's Boutique," what else will i like?

Not really a big fan of rap, but I adore Paul's Boutique by the Beastie Boys. Besides other albums by the Beasties, what else might I like?

Boy, that's a really tough question to answer. Paul's Boutique is a true masterpiece from start to finish, and a very original piece of work. It sits high up there as being on of my top 5 favorite albums of all time. I'm assuming that you've heard their follow up album "Check Your Head", If not Its also a masterpiece, though stylistically quite different from Paul's Boutique. While nobody quite sounds like the B-Boys, here are some album recommendations that might get you in the ballpark:

Pharcyde - "Bizarre Ride to the Pharcyde",
A Tribe Called Quest - "People's Instinctive Travels and the Paths of Rhythm"
De la Soul - "De la Soul is Dead"
Jurassic 5 - "Quality Control"

Like I said they'll get you in the ballpark, more like the parking lot of the ballpark, There will never be another Paul's Boutique, so relish it for what it is. Also check out "End of the World Party" by Medeski,Martin, & Wood. Its not Hip-hop at all, but it Shares the same producers,The Dust Brothers, who were largely responsible for the signature sound of Paul's Boutique.

The Low End Theory (also by A Tribe Called Quest) is great too as is everything else there but I havn't heard Pharcyde.

Some of the stuff I started out with:
EPMD "Strictly Business"
Eric B. & Rakim "Paid in Full" and "Follow the Leader"
Slick Rick "The Great Adventures of Slick Rick"
Ultramagnetic MC's "Critical Beatdown"
Brand Nubian "One for All"
Souls of Mischief "93 Till Mischief"

Money Mark - Push The Button

Nice laidback chilled beats by the Beastie Boys one time keyboard player.

The Roots-Tipping Point.

This might be too obvious an answer, but also Beck's "Odelay"...which I see as a more complete "follow-up" to PB

Not at all... I've never actually heard Beck, apart from what was on that episode of Futurama.

Thanks to everyone who replied, looks like I've got some homework! :D

Ok,I don't know why I didn't think of this right off the bat, but check out the "Superfly" soundtrack by Curtis Mayfield, which is the source of a good amount of the samples on Paul's Boutique. Especially the title track "Superfly" which when you loop the first two bars of it you have "Egg Raid on Mojo" pretty much in its entirety.
