Default Good Live Rappers

So I've only seen Aesop Rock live, and he was ****in' incredible, but I've heard most rappers are pretty horrible live. Thoughts?

The only rap group I've seen live is The Roots, and they were pretty good.

I don't think I would like to see an individual rapper live that much, not that I don't like Jay-Z, but I just really wouldn't want to be in a room full of people who wanted to go to a Jay-Z concert.

Rap shows were *it* back in the 80's. The shows were really about connecting, now rap's just a scene.

Tis' true. Most hip hop performers leave a lot to be desired in the live dept. . Some of the better live hip hop acts Ive seen have been Living Legends, Pharcyde, and Gym Class Heroes.

most rappers suck live :/ never been to concerts just watch the youtubes and watnot

the ones that work thier way to the top usualy are better than the ones that just get it handed to them

Shad K out of London, ON is awesome live.

I also love Common's energy in the live shows.

Roots, of course, are top of my list. One time is saw them, the tech guy was ****in up, so it screwed the levels on BT's mic... but ive seen em many times after and they rock it.

I've seen techN9ne and Snoop Dogg live, both were medicore compared to their recorded music. TechN9ne was smoking weed the whole time and was thoroughly sloshed, and snoop got winded too easily when he was rapping. But snoop was still way better than TechN9ne.
