3oh!3 is ridiculous! I mean I do enjoy listening Want every once in a while because its super catchy. But honestly, the music is not good!

3oh3! are great, but not for everyone. Tracks like "Don't Trust Me" and"Still Around" will appeal to the majority, but you have to dig deeper into WANT to find the really good tracks.

I really dig 3OH!3's music.
Although, too much can get annoying.

I can listen to "Holler Till You Pass Out" all day

3OH!3 sucks balls. I don't even count them as rap. It's more of a power pop punk hardcore ass bang.

I may agree that they are less of rap and more of...something else, but they do not, in fact, suck balls.

Do you even have any reasons for hating them?

1. They are not "rap".
2. They are a scene version of "Across Five Aprils".
3. They appeal to mostly 12 year olds, same with ICP(Insane Clown Posse)
4. They want to be All American Rejects when infact they are just "REJECTS"
5. Have you seen them?
6. You probably only know 2 or 3 songs so quit making me write songs before you get blasted with uneast critism for your $hitty bands.

@1. Then what are they? Dictionary.com defines "rap music" as "a style of popular music...in which an insistent, recurring beat pattern provides the background and counterpoint for rapid, slangy, and often boastful rhyming patter glibly intoned by a vocalist or vocalists."
I'm afraid that the commonly accepted definition of "rap" is basically what 3oh!3 is.

@3. I'm afraid this is untrue, since my brother (who attends college at the University of Mary Washington) was the one who introduced me to 3oh!3, and most everyone at his school and mine listen to (and majority enjoy) 3oh!3.

@4. Isn't the AAR an emo/punk/whatever band? Are they even close to rap?

@5. Yes, yes I have seen them. Are you referring to their apperances or their concerts?

@6. I own both CDs that they have released.

@1. They are not pop-punk, and I believe that most people agree with me, even Wikipedia says "3OH!3...is an American hip hop/electronica band from Boulder, Colorado."

@2. I've never heard of that band, so unlike someone I know, I'm not going to pretend to know about things I don't know about at all.

@3. I really hope that 3oh!3 is not the kind of thing that 12 year olds are listening to, and I do believe that most of them listen to things like the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus.

@4. I happen to have both on my iPod, and I am afraid I do not see them as the "same kind of music"

@5. Honestly, I don't care if the greatest artist in the world was a drunken monkey in a trashcan who wore assless chaps and a pink sombrero everywhere, it wouldn't change the fact that their music is great. Apperances=/=Musical Talent/Style.

Listened to them and electronica/hip-hop sounds very apt for them.

What i don't understand Cory is that you were redirected to this original thread after making a thread about them and all you've done is slag them off and say 'homo' a lot. Why bother making a thread about a band you don't even like?

Interact, I like your bands...and am surprised to actually see somebody else who likes scene music AND thrash AND punk lol.

And I don't really LOVE 3OH!3, but I seriously LOVE the song Don't Trust Me, so I bought their second album, and it is just fun to listen to.

It's obviously not meant to be a serious skill music group, but more of a catchy band that you can sing along to and they look like they have fun doing it.

I personally like the way that these two bands look, they dress very original and purposely do it JUST to have people hate on them, I think it's pretty funny.

And AAR are a completely different type of music. They are not scene whatsoever, and don't do anything similar to electronica/rap.

Also, if you think this bands fans are only 12 year old girls, go search up a live version of Don't Trust Me and you'll see tons of older people in the crowd.

I take back what I said on the first page of this song, this band has 3 good songs. Those songs are "Don't Trust Me" "Starstrukk" and "Still around"
Feel free to comment on this statement or the bands I like cause I couldn't care less.

If you do in fact like this awful music, please don't actually buy the CD, you're supporting the killing of the American music industry. As if it wasn't dead enough already

meh they are okay.....I listened to their first album and then started to hear Don't trust Me all over the place and I was like huh? I didn't know they had a second one out. I like the whole electronic/rapping vibe it's not bad.
