I think Afroman plays his own instruments sometimes, at least on Colt 45 he did, and I know the Roots do. G Love does too from what I can tell. I don't actually know very much non computerized beat hip hop, really.

Gch

lets not forget about gym class heroes. Papercut chronicles is a great CD, and Travis writes some pretty deep and insightful lyrics, plus the music is good. There's a lot of people that are quick to dismiss GCH, but I think what they do is original, and just good music to listen to.

There guitarist is no winner though. Not only that they are close with Fall Out Boy and even feature the singer on some tracks. :yikes:

the closeness to fallout boy is my only pet peeve with those guys. but youre right, sometimes its too hard to ignore. Despite this fact though, I would still stand by them, sucky guitarist, and poor judgement in other bands aside. good lyrics, and a sweet drummer. i Dig em.
