Didn't find a thread for him, and he definitly is under appreciated. Amazing flow with meaningful lyrics. Its also a refreshing take on current rap music with no really similar in hip hop today I can think of.

This is most definitely a thread that needs some attention. Brother Ali is a beast on the mic, and he can do the softer stuff like "Forest Whitaker" and "Faheem."

There are few artists out there whose music garners as much of my respect as Brother Ali's. "Self Taught" is always blasting on my iTunes.

He's up there. He's better than most. Definitely surprising this thread never got kicked off.
