What we are doing is picking an artist and then making a picture based off/influenced by their work. I really want to design an album cover, thus needing someone who does great work. So if anyone knows anyone or anything, let me know. Anything helps.

he did the covers for Pink Floyd amongst others, while he's not directly credited take a really good look at Ummagumma and then consider the work that went into conceptualizing and making that cover before anyone could even pretend to imagine something like Photoshop.

edit - missed Urban's reply but it's worth repeating.

I think that concept alludes him. I however, have no life, so my time is always yours.

Not to knock that album cover, but all that was needed to make it was a series of slightly different photos of the band, a sharp blade and a steady hand. People had already been splicing negatives together to achieve all kinds of effects for many decades before Storm Thorgerson put that together. It's still a good design, I'm just saying it's not notably innovative for the time period or anything.

For the rap project, why not have "Fight the Power" by Public Enemy? I might have included "Firestarter" by the Prodigy (even though that is not a rap song) just for the reference to the fireman/bookburner.

The concept alludes me?

Well, that just doesn't make sense.
