It depends what sort of style you like to be honest mate but the best starting point would be those from 2002-2005 (so that would be Ruff Sqwad, Roll Deep, Wiley, Dizzee, Slew Dem etc), that was the golden era for Grime. The best Grime is found on sets, not tracks or albums, it's not a genre that is based on intelligence or discographies, traditionally it was more about live music, spontaneity and aggression.

^ That set is like the holy grail of Grime sets for me, you can't really get a better example of Grime music and Grime at it's peak than that video (and the other parts).
