good god why?

I hate his voice and that's the main thing that turned me off from XXX. I'm going to attempt to make it through Old but it's really going to be a chore for me and I will only listen to it once.

Went to see Danny Brown last night at The Arches in Glasgow.
Guy was mental. Completely energetic and charismatic. Had the crowd pumped and jumping the whole time. A pretty good moshpit broke out at one point as well, got right in the middle of that.
Did quite a lot of tracks from Old including Kush Coma, Float On, Smokin and Drinkin & Handstand.
Favorite track was when he did Blunt after Blunt on XXX.

Thought he may have been under the influence, but looked really happy and focused despite what his recent rants online would imply. Clearly passionate about giving the fans his all and the best show possible.

Vic Mensa was the support act. Used a lot of reverb, felt flat throughout and fell on his ass at one point. Played quite a lot of new stuff so the crowd didn't know much of what he was playing. The DJ between Mensa and Danny Brown taking the stage did a better job of warming the crowd up.

Anyway, coupled with hitting a four story club on ecstasy later that night, a fantastic night. If you get the chance to see Danny you should, really good live performer.

I think he's pretty good. I've always been curious though as to who clued him in on the Wervin' sample for Ain't It Funny.
