Our old friend and member Dirty had put this mixtape out (sounds like an actual lp and is the length of one) which I listen to often as its pretty god damned good. He let me upload it so I could give people the link to get the album.

For those of you who like Gang starr, you will definitely like this. While you may not have been a fan of Dirty he can certainly flow. The guy who made all the beats and grabbed all the samples did a top job from the studio quality sound to interesting and different beats throughout.

Is this different from the Built To Be Filthy that he posted on MB a long time ago?

It is not. Their was no thread and it deserves one, as he didnt make a big deal because he was bashful about it.

I like Mr. Curt personally and he has a somewhat decent knack for rapping but his knowledge of hip-hop is shockingly lacking. I remember when he was an MB member I couldn't even get him to listen to El-P (who he hadn't heard of).

The rhymes on this song are pretty weak. If Dirty knew his shit then he'd realize that any of the nasally white-guy rappers of the late 90s would destroy him in a battle and that he's not original. Making fun of autotune and Lil Wayne? Gotta do better than that, friend.

Dirty, you've got some of the fundamentals down but if you really wanna do this then you need to do your homework before you can credibly say the things you do on this song.

This is definitively better than an average person who doesn't rap :)

But is it as good as an average rapper who writes engaging songs? :)
