Jean Grae. No disrespect to Foxxy, but she would get murdered if you threw her on tracks with most male rappers. Jean Grae can easily hold her own.

I wouldn't say they'd either really get shown up by male rappers. Both are talented in their own right.
And there are many male rappers who couldn't hold a candle to Foxy and Jean.

I just think Foxy falls into the same pitfalls as Lil Kim and more recently Minaj in that she plays to the stereotype of being a rap bitch instead of her own credible artist barring what gender they are.
You wouldn't hear Jean rap about how she wants a man to provide her with diamonds and ****.

He also released 5 solo albums between 86 and 94 and since sparked controversy with the release of his book; God on the mic stating his all time top 50 list of MC's.
What he lacked in technique he made up on by being in the right place at the right time.

Might have to abstain from this one. I hate Fat Joe and I know next to nothing about Kool Moe Dee.
