So, I found this track today, and it took me aback. In terms of content it was one of the most sickening stories I've heard being addressed in a song.
The artist in question is called Angel Haze, she's a female rapper without the dumb bimbo persona, she's pretty similar in style to Jean Grae.

The song in question, I will share but be warned it isn't an easy one to listen to.
Surprised nobody else has picked up on her before she's clearly talented and this is just...see for yourselves

That's the most real, honest rap I have ever hear. I've been meaning to check out her work for a while... now I'm gonna have to, she's great at what she does, and she tells it how it is. Good ****, thanks for the rec.

I'm loving her version of Jigga's Song Cry. For all you guys that liked Elmatic and other tracks with new verses written over familiar beats, you'd love Haze's "Classick" EP. Maybe.

She can rap. Didn't really like the song though.
