Well, their voice is often different than black rappers and they tend to rap in a different way. I dont know how to explain exactly though.

There's also Northern State (white, btw) who sound like rap for children but I kinda like them.

Oh yeah. I saw Yo-Yo was mentioned earlier in this thread. Well, I dont really like her but her collaboration with Ice Cube on this track was pretty good.
