I think he would know what to do lol and MJ loved women and women loved MJ!

Nice looking group there lol

I prefered Ginwuine as a solo act though. He is GREAT singer. I will be reviewing this soon..

Listening to this album, I thought that maybe Tyrese or Tank would just end up outshining the other two but they end up blending their voices together well. I full expected them to be singing over each other and what not but that doesn't happen.

It is almost a typical R&B album that covers sex from quickies to deep in the sheets baby making music but they also discuss the intricacies of relationships. I really hate that they brought back interludes. I don't care who they are getting ready to run a train on. It ends up sounding a bit disturbing. I Need and Burn Out are most definitely my favorite two tracks on this album especially the latter.

This album feels like I stepped back in time to the 90s and it's just amazing overall even though it has a few flaws with "No Fun" and "OMG". People that claim to be putting out R&B nowadays need to use this album as a blueprint about what they should be doing.

Ginuwine is by the far the best singer out of all of them.

I really prefer these singers as individual acts but it is understandable why they would team together for a mainstream effort. The album is okay. Most of the songs are typical songs that you will find on most contemporary R&B stations. They are pretty much gearing toward their female fanbases with this album.

I am not really a Tank fan. I was more so a fan of Ginuwine and Tyrese solo efforts. Ginuwine can sangggggg. He NEEDS to come out with another solo album and stop playing with his sexy self.

djchameleon 02-25-2014 06:16 AM

Yeah, I haven't listened to any of Tank's solo material but I feel like he totally pulled a Beyonce on this album with his vocal range.

Also you get to pick the next album.

Soulflower 02-25-2014 09:49 AM

Tank never sucked as a vocalist but his music did. His vocals are descent enough but he could have stronger material. I have never found his music to be that appealing. He is lucky he has a female fan base that likes to look at him because otherwise I don't see how folks could be into his music. Tyrese has descent ok chops to but he has a better selection of songs.

Tyrese and Ginuwine have underrated discography especially Ginuwine. I think Ginuwine could have had a bigger solo career. He is a much better singer than Usher (and looks better not that it matters but just saying) and he has classic songs in my opinion. Songs like Differences and Pony are classics.

Okay I will back with my pick!

I have been listening to Fall for your type and his other album after this one a lot lately. I don't think I ever heard this one though. Is it his debut?

Yes.

I think it is his best. I think he should have stayed in that direction. He probably would get more credibility as an artist. It is better than all his other albums. I am not a huge fan of him as an artist but his debut was really good.
