You realize that people had those same sentiments about Rock 'n Roll, right? They thought it was overly simplistic nonsense created solely for young slackers to shout about sex and drugs, and that Rockers were without any musical talent whatsoever. Not only that, they claimed that it was corrupting the youth, and tried to ban it from radio stations.

This same pointless fight happens every generation.
