He cannot rap but he is undeniably a talented producer and is really good with his samples.

How is this different from the general Kanye thread?

I think he can rap, he's certainly not close to the best, but he's not horrid he's passable. His production is absolutely amazing though.

His rapping is awful. His production is generally boring.
