How do you feel about modren mainstream hip-hop?
 

I've heard lots of mixed reactions on the topic.

A lot of modern hip-hop is absolutely great. Just like old-school hip-hop, not all of it is great. Like most genres, styles and common approaches progress and change. This particular topic has been discussed to death here.
